Eligibility
- Free to attend—just register to join
- Open to undergraduate, graduate students, and recent grads (within 5 years of graduation)
- Teams of 2-5 members
- All experience levels are welcome
PARTICIPATION RULES
- In-Person Check-In Required: At least one team member must check in at Georgetown University on Friday to confirm participation
- Team Formation: No team? No problem. Use Devpost or join us in person on Friday to find one. Teams must be finalized by Friday night
- Challenge Alignment: All projects must address one of the official challenge cases—no off-topic projects
- No Overnight Stay: The venue closes overnight, so teams should plan accordingly
PROJECT AND SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Challenge Scope: All teams must choose from the official challenge cases provided at the event. Projects outside these topics will not be eligible for competition
- Working Demo: Teams must present a demo explaining how their project solves the selected challenge. This includes its healthcare use case, technical performance, business model, and potential go-to-market strategy
- GitHub Repository: Teams must submit a public GitHub repository containing code, files, and documentation(including a README file with clear setup and execution instructions)
- Data Sources: If applicable, teams should include a detailed list of data sources used
- Submission Deadline: All projects must start on Friday, March 14, 2025, and be submitted by Sunday, March 16, 2025
